Returns and exchanges

Not right? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or a free exchange for another size or color.

How it works

1. Email hello@bonnyandrose.com with your order number and what you would like: a refund or an exchange.
2. We reply the same day with the return instructions. There is no return form and no return address to find: everything comes in that one email.
3. Send the piece back unworn, unwashed, with the tags attached.
4. Refunds go back to the card you paid with within 5 business days after the return arrives. Exchanges ship within 2 business days.

Received something damaged or the wrong item? Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we send a replacement at no cost, no return needed.
