A warm afternoon that fills up on its own. The garden center, lunch on a patio, a stop at a friend's house. You want a top that lets the air through. One that does not stick when the sun hits.

Halina is that top. The fabric is a light weave of cotton and polyester with a linen look. It is not linen, so it needs little ironing. The cut is loose and straight. It skims your middle and never pulls across the back. The sleeves stop at the elbow and cover the upper arm.

Sizes S to 3XL. It is cut roomy. Take your usual size, or one down if you like it closer. Pull it over your head, add a necklace or nothing at all, and go. You are the woman who stays cool all day without any fuss.

Material: lightweight woven blend of 35% cotton and 65% polyester with a slubby, linen-look texture; it is not linen, but it is thin, airy and does not need much ironing
Cut: relaxed and boxy with dropped shoulders and a straight body; it skims rather than follows the shape
Length: 28.4 inches (S) to 30.3 inches (3XL) from the shoulder; it lands at the hip
Neckline: round neck, wide enough to go over the head easily; it sits flat
Sleeves: wide, loose sleeves that end around the elbow and cover the upper arm
Hem: short slits at the sides so it moves with you when you sit or reach
Closure: none; it goes on over the head. No pockets
Care: machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, hang to dry; a cool iron if you want it smooth
Colours: Mustard, Periwinkle, Gray, White, Black, Aqua, Ocean Blue, Forest Green, Brick Red, Orchid, Lime and Dusty Mauve

Roomy. This top is cut wide and boxy with dropped shoulders, so it gives you a lot of room across the bust. Order your usual size, or one size down if you like it closer to the body. Between sizes? Take the larger one. The bust below is the top laid flat and doubled, all the way around, so compare it with a loose top you already own. In 2XL and 3XL the extra room is smaller, so those fit closer to a regular relaxed top.
